Layered Mexican Dip
Layered Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. green onions, sliced (divided), 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 c. thick-n-chunky picante, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoons of onions and garlic.
Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
Mix picante and tomato; spread over cheese mixture.
Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese and onion. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 8 to 10.
