Layered Mexican Dip
Layered Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided, 1/4 c. sliced green onion, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 c. salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix cream cheese,
1 cup Cheddar cheese and 3 tablespoons of the onion and garlic.
Spread into bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Mix salsa and tomato; spread over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon onions.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
