Layered Mexican Dip
Layered Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1 can chopped green chilies, drained, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together refried beans, green chilies and taco seasoning mix.
Spread on 12-inch round serving platter.
Blend avocados, lemon juice and 1/2 cup taco sauce until smooth (or use ready made guacamole dip and just drizzle with lemon juice).
Spread on top of bean mixture.
Top with a layer of sour cream, then taco sauce. Top with cheese, scallions and onions.
