Layered Mexican Casserole
Layered Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 8 oz. tomato sauce, 16 oz. refried beans and 1 1/2 c. crushed nacho chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef, onion, garlic and cumin.
Drain.
In 2-quart microwave dish put crushed chips and pour on tomato sauce. Spread beans (may need to add a little water to beans to make spreadable) on sauce.
Then add ground beef and 1 cup of cheese. Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes in microwave.
Top with sour cream, lettuce and cheese.
Serve with picante sauce.
