Layered Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. salt, few grains pepper, 1/2 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease an
3-inch loaf pan.
Combine beef, onion, milk and spices; mix thoroughly.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
Fill pan with 3 layers of meat and 2 layers of stuffing mixture, beginning and ending with meat. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
