Layered Lettuce Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, in small pieces, 1 c. diced celery, 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed (uncooked) and 1/2 c. diced green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer first 7 ingredients in order given in a 12 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and sugar; spread evenly over top of salad completely sealing to edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. Garnish with parsley.
