Layered Cauliflower Salad
Layered Cauliflower Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn in small pieces, 1 medium purple onion, chopped, 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled and 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash cauliflower and cut flowerets into bite size pieces. Layer lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise mixture evenly over top of salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover salad tightly and chill 8 hours. Toss gently before serving.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
