Lavon'S Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. shredded carrots, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine the first 4 ingredients and cook 10 to 15 minutes, covered.
Do not drain.
Combine the next 3 ingredients and cook for sauce.
Add broth and cheese.
