Lattice-Top Chicken

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 onions.
Place in an 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Unwrap crescent rolls. Separate into 2 rectangles.
Press together perforated cuts.
