Laster'S Best Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and boned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, diced, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1 (15 1/2 oz.) bag doritos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix everything, except chicken, Doritos and cheese.
In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer Doritos, soup mixture and chicken, repeating layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
