Lasagne
Lasagne is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. basil, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.
Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Drain noodles.
Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Layer half the noodles in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread with half the cottage cheese mixture.
Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375Β° for about 30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
