Lasagne
Lasagne is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lasagne noodles, 1 qt. sauce of your choice, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese and 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook lasagne noodles al dente; drain.
Preheat oven to 325Β°. Use baking dish approximately 2 1/2-inches deep.
Cover bottom with sauce and line the dish with a layer of lasagne.
Dot with spoonfuls of Ricotta, slices of Mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover with sauce.
Repeat with another layer of lasagne, sauce and cheeses, until dish is almost filled.
Bake about 45 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes before serving to allow to settle. Serve with additional sauce.
