Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 large cans (12 oz. each) tomato paste and 16 oz. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat and drain grease off.
Add 4 to 5 cups of water, seasonings and tomato paste.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook noodles; 9 noodles for each pan (3 across and 3 deep).
In baking dish alternate a layer of noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and then Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese bubbles on top, in the middle.
Freezes very well. Makes 2 (13 x 9-inch) pans, 12 servings per pan.
