Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. or more extra lean ground beef, mozzarella cheese and 2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Over medium heat, saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil until onion is tender.
Add ground beef; cook until meat is brown.
Add the chili powder, Tabasco sauce and salt.
Simmer over low heat for a few minutes.
Taste; if not hot enough, add more chili powder and Tabasco sauce.
Add tomato sauce, tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup.
Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
Stir often; sauce is bad to stick.
Cook noodles.
Alternate noodles, meat and cheese in a baking pan.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
