Lasagna Roll-Ups
Lasagna Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. lasagna, uncooked, 1 (15 or 16 oz.) container ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry and 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook lasagna acccording to package directions; drain and set aside.
In medium bowl, blend Ricotta cheese, eggs, spinach, Mozzarella cheese, basil and marjoram.
Spread evenly on lasagna strips cut in half.
