Lasagna I is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Lightly brown beef, onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and spices.
Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
Cook lasagna noodles; drain.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan layer alternately sauce, noodles and the 3 cheeses.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
