Lasagna (Delicious!)
Lasagna (Delicious!) is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground meat, 3/4 lb. sausage, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tsp. parsley flakes and 1 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
Add the next 8 ingredients.
Simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water about 15 minutes.
Drain; rinse in cold water.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 1 tsp. salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and Parmesan cheese (separately from meat).
Using 13x9x2 pan, place small amount of meat mixture in bottom of pan; then 4 noodles; then spread half of cottage cheese mixture; then half of Mozzarella cheese; then half of meat sauce.
Repeat the layers.
Bake in moderate oven (350°-375°) about 45-50 minutes.
Let stand about 15 minutes before cutting into serving pieces.
This may be divided in two pans for smaller meals.
