Lasagna and Meat Sauce
Lasagna And Meat Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cottage cheese, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 c. meat sauce and 8 oz. lasagna, cooked 7 minutes and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook lasagna noodles per box directions.
In bowl, stir together cottage cheese, egg and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
In baking dish, layer 1/3 of lasagna noodles, 1 1/4 cups sauce, half of cheese mixture and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat once. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
