Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 tbsp. oregano and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat slowly and spoon off all fat.
Add the next 7 ingredients.
Stir well.
Heat slowly for 45 to 60 minutes.
The mixture should be thick.
Prepare lasagna noodles according to package instructions, unless you have made your own.
Mix next 5 ingredients into bowl.
Place half of noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread half cottage cheese mixture over noodles, half Mozzarella cheese, half meat sauce and repeat layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Let lasagna cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
