Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 c. onion, minced, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 3 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat and drain.
Add onion.
Combine garlic salt and salt.
Add pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste and sauce with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese to the meat.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Cook lasagna noodles.
Into lasagna baking dish, put 1/3 meat mixture, layer of noodles, layer of Mozzarella, layer of cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Repeat the process, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
