Lasagna

Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles according to package; drain.
Combine rest of ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese.
Set aside.
Place half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; spread with half the cottage cheese mixture. Add 1 package Mozzarella cheese and then half the meat sauce. Repeat layers.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
If so, allow 15 minutes longer in oven when baking.
Layer: noodles, cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and meat mixture.
Repeat.
