Lasagna

Brown meat in oil.
Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Place half of noodles in bottom of x 9-inch baking dish. Spread with half of cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese over noodles.
Top with half of the meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
