Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 pkg. mozzarella cheese (8 to 12 oz.), 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil noodles 15 minutes.
Let stand in cold water until used. Brown meat.
Add sauce.
Line baking dish with noodles.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onion tops and green pepper.
Spread over noodles.
Add another layer of noodles and then cheese.
Add hamburger mixture over cheese.
Sprinkle heavy with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
