Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 cans crushed tomatoes, 1 lb. macaroni, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef; drain.
Add 2 cups juice plus tomatoes, salt, pepper, eggs and spices; cook.
Mix with cooked macaroni; bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cover with cheese.
Ten minutes before taking out of oven, I use Mozzarella cheese plus sharp Cheddar.
