Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 tbsp. garlic, minced to taste, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste (italian style), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles and 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat and onion; drain and then add garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Cook the noodles in boiling saltwater until tender and drain.
Combine the egg, cottage cheese and 1 teaspoon salt; mix well.
Layer in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the meat sauce, 1/2 of the cottage cheese, 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Parmesan.
Repeat the layers.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Cover tightly with foil before baking; this prevents drying out.
