Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. smoked sausage, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, chopped and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Remove sausage from casing.
Chop the meat.
In large saucepan, saute sausage, beef, onion and garlic until brown.
Add sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, basil, fennel, pepper and half of parsley.
Mix well.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.
