Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bell peppers, chopped, 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained, 1 c. onion, chopped, 2 tsp. oregano and 2 (8 oz.) cans italian-style chopped tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together ground beef, onions, peppers, oregano, garlic salt and tomatoes.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
While sauce is simmering, add noodles to a separate large pot of water containing 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Cook until tender and drain. Layer noodles, sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese in three equal portions in large baking pan.
The finished product will have three layers.
Bake at 350Β° until it bubbles.
Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
