Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 30 oz. ragu spaghetti sauce (extra garlic, tomatoes and onions), 1 small container small curd cottage cheese, 6 c. mozzarella cheese and 2 c. mild cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown and season ground beef and drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer while cooking noodles.
Layer noodles, beef, cottage cheese and 1/3 of cheeses.
Repeat twice more and top with last of Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
