Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped green peppers, 1 jar spaghetti sauce and 1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown hamburger meat.
Drain grease.
Add spaghetti sauce, onions and peppers and simmer.
Mix cottage cheese, egg and 3/4 of grated cheese.
In a cake pan, put enough sauce to cover bottom, then add a layer of noodles.
Top with a layer of cottage cheese mixture.
Repeat layers, ending up with sauce on top layer. Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
