In a large, nonstick skillet, brown meat and onion.
Spread cottage cheese over meat, then uncooked noodles.
In a small bowl, mix tomatoes and seasonings together.
Pour over noodles.
Cover; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, or until noodles are almost tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover; let stand for 5 minutes.
