Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground round, 1/2 lb. italian sweet sausage, salt, pepper and dash of garlic powder, 1 large jar (qt.) and 1/2 pt. jar spaghetti sauce and lasagna noodles (use 9), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown ground round, sausage, salt and pepper.
Add dash of garlic powder.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare lasagna noodles.
Rinse, drain and cool.
Grease oblong cake pan and spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom.
Add a layer of noodles, 1/3 of Ricotta cheese and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
Add more spaghetti sauce.
Repeat, making two more layers, ending with spaghetti sauce.
Bake at 375Β° for 1/2 hour.
