Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 32 oz. jar prepared spaghetti sauce, 15 oz. carton ricotta cheese, 2 eggs and 8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, chives and oregano; set aside. Brown and drain ground chuck.
Add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce and cook at least 20 minutes on low.
Layer sauce, lasagna noodles (uncooked), Ricotta cheese mixture and Mozzarella.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
