Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, browned, 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 2 envelopes onion soup mix, 3 c. water and 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine ground beef, garlic, onion soup, water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, oregano and sugar.
Simmer sauce for 30 minutes.
Boil lasagna noodles (put 2 tablespoons oil in water). Drain water.
Layer ingredients in a baking dish, sauce, noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers until dish is full.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
