Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil (olive or vegetable), 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 28 oz. can whole tomatoes, 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oil; add meat and cook until done.
Stir in tomatoes, sauce, sauce mix and V-8 juice.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat to simmer 15 minutes.
Cover bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with a thin layer of meat sauce, add a layer each of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat until all ingredients are used ending with meat sauce.
Cover pan with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when done.
