Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pkg. lasagna, uncooked, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook lasagna 12 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain.

In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion and garlic.

Cook until beef is brown; drain.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

In large shallow buttered baking dish, layer 1/3 each lasagna, meat sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses.

Repeat layers.

Top with Parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake at 350Β° until hot, about 45 minutes.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
