Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pounds ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 small clove garlic, chopped, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook and drain meat.
Combine onion, garlic, tomato sauce, onion salt and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles and drain, spread light layer of meat sauce in 9 x 13 dish and then layer noodles and sauce and cheeses.
Save a little cottage cheese to spread on top before baking in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 45 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
