Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 small can tomato paste, 12 oz. water and 1 small onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease off.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed on package and drain.
In a 9 x 13-inch dish, cover bottom with a layer of sauce. Layer with noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, 1/2 of the shredded Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat with another layer of same.
For last layer, add sauce and slices of Mozzarella cheese to cover top.
Insert toothpicks and cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
