Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 (no. 2 1/2) can tomatoes (29 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook lasagna, adding cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Drain. Cook beef, onion and garlic together; brown.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Cook over low heat until starts to thicken, about 15 minutes.
Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Arrange layers of ingredients as follows: tomato-meat mixture, Parmesan cheese, noodles, Mozzarella and Ricotta.
Repeat layers, ending with meat mixture and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 10.
