Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. noodles or 2 small pkg., 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, grated, 2 to 3 large cans tomato sauce and 1 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook noodles according to directions.

Brown ground beef and after it's cooked, pour in the tomato sauce; stir together.

When noodles are done, drain and rinse in cool water.

In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour a small amount of sauce in the bottom before putting noodles in, keeps from sticking.

Put one layer of noodles, then put some cheese.

Continue layering until noodles are gone or until you have reached the top of the pan.

Allow yourself 1 to 1 1/2-inches from top.

On the last layer or top layer, pour the remaining sauce over noodles; sprinkle last of the cheese (I like to have a lot of cheese on top).
