Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 2 large cans tomatoes and 2 cans tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook hamburger, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, eggs and mushrooms together in heavy pan for 3 hours, until thick.
Prepare noodles as package directs; drain.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, arrange noodles, one layer at a time.
Top with meat mixture, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
