Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked, 16 oz. mozzarella, shredded, 16 oz. ricotta, 10 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded and 1 (32 oz.) jar ragu (traditional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, combine the sauces.
After browning the meat, add some of the sauce to the meat. Mix well. Add Ricotta to meat mixture and mix well.
Spray lasagna pan with nonstick spray and put a little sauce in the bottom.
Now start layering meat and cheeses until everything is gone, finishing with cheese on top. Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour or until hot all the way through. Serve with hot garlic bread or fresh Italian bread.
