Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground hamburger, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 qt. ragu sauce with mushrooms, 1 lb. cottage cheese and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet.
Pour off drippings. Add Ragu sauce and mix well while simmering.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs and Mozzarella cheese in bowl.
Mix until smooth. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese mixture alternately in 9 x 13-inch baking dish until ingredients are used.
Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
