Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 1/2 c. tomatoes, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix and 2 (12 oz.) cans v-8 juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook meat until brown.
Add tomatoes, sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice.
Bring to a boil; turn stove down and simmer 10 minutes. Grease pan 17 x 9 x 4-inch.
Cover with uncooked noodles and add a layer of meat sauce.
Dot with cottage cheese.
Use half the Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Pour all remaining sauce on top.
Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and seal edges.
Bake 1 hour at 300Β°.
