Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. hamburger meat, 2 c. cottage cheese, 2 pkg. mozzarella and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat and drain fat.
Pour in Ragu.
Boil noodles until tender.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put layer of noodles on bottom, layer of hamburger meat mixture.
Spread half of the cottage cheese mixture next, then a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the 4 layers again.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
