Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 tbsp. basil and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef, add next 6 ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, until thick, 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles, drain and rinse in hot water.
Combine cottage cheese mixture (cottage cheese, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs and salt and pepper).
Place half noodles in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Add half Mozzarella cheese and then half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
