Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 tbsp. basil and 1 large can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped in food processor, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat and add garlic, parsley flakes and basil.
Blend tomatoes and tomato paste in food processor or blender.
Add to meat mixture and simmer 1 hour.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Cook noodles until tender. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
First layer noodles, then cottage cheese mixture, then Mozzarella cheese and then meat.
Repeat. Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
