Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes, 4 oz. lean ground beef or ground turkey and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sauce
In a medium saucepan, cook meat, onion, carrot and garlic until meat is brown.
Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, paste, water, basil, oregano, fennel, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cook noodles according to directions and drain.
