Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 lasagna noodles, 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix, 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook noodles.
Brown beef and add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
Beat eggs and add Ricotta cheese.
Layer: noodles, meat, Ricotta and top with Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. (Makes 3 layers.)
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut and serve.
May be frozen.
