Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1/4 lb. sausage, 1 minced glove garlic, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown hamburger and sausage.
Add garlic, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon basil, 1 teaspoon salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer until thick, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Boil noodles, drain and rinse.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley flakes and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Place half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add half the cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 the meat mixture; repeat.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
