Brown beef and sausage in oil.

Simmer first 8 ingredients for 1 hour.

Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese and set aside.

Cook and drain noodles.

Rinse in cold water and place half the noodles in pan. Spread half the cottage cheese mixture over the noodles and top with half the mozzarella cheese, then half the meat.

Repeat this process.

Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
